Gus
When my brother Sal asked me to go in business with him, I immediately said yes. I've always had a passion for food, and we've always got along. That was more then 17 years ago. Its been an incredible journey. I love what I do (which is still unclear)...LOL but I love it!. jokes aside, I enjoy cooking and getting creative, but my biggest joy comes from Our customers who are more like family at this point, hearing them compliment and appreciate our food, now that's satisfaction!
I am very humbled by our great ride while at our old location, but these day my heart pounds when I think about our new adventure and the opportunity God has given me to be even more creative in the kitchen in an incredible new restaurant .

So if Gus is the cook I am the brains... LOL.. Just kidding Gus, just kidding.
Going into business was one of the biggest and happiest moment, not only for my brother and I but also for my wife Rosy.
Rosy is now a stay at home mom but In the early years, she has been the foundation of our business and my life.
Colonial Italian Restaurant and all our customers have been everything for us. After many years of hard work, and failed attempts to negotiate with our previous landlord, an opportunity was presented to both me and my brother Gus.
Finally a new location where we could give our customer a better and a more elegant inviting restaurant. This new adventure came with even more struggles and sacrifices, but in the end, here we are. We are proud to present CIR & Grill! Same friendly atmosphere and old fashion Italian food with a twist. We think your going to love it!
